READ BEFORE YOU ORDER.
All orders that are "lost" in the mail, will NOT be refunded or replaced until AFTER a claim has been submitted and paid via the carrier OR we have received the items in saleable condition from the buyer. It takes 3-5 days for the bank to process. We DO not and cannot guarrantee delivery dates for USPS Ground Advantage or USPS International Parcel Post.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone who has submitted a chargeback to our shop or any of our fellow small makers. Permanently.

If something in your order arrives broken, we need photographic proof and MAY request you send the item back for a replacement item. Since our items can be fragile, we will not replace an item that breaks after delivery, especially months after.

Our doll jewelry is plated metal - and since it is not worn by a living, breathing human, it can tarnish - especially in humid climates. A quick swipe with a jewelry polishing cloth will brighten it and bring it back. Tarnish on Silver is not a defect, it can be removed. Don't eat the magnets.

We do NOT make items for children. We recommend keeping tiny things away from pets that can swallow them as well. Don't lick the resin props. They are not real food. Of course they are going to taste yucky.

Patterns are written assuming a basic knowledge of knitting and sewing crafts to facilitate making items for dolls. Believe the difficulty scale.

We do not offer wholesale or parts for you for your own business. We do not share our sources for our supplies or parts.

We do not use AI. All the stickers are hand drawn. All the patterns drafted with ruler and pen. All our minis are made with the stls WE designed. All our items cut are from our own svgs. We do not dropship, nor do we carry large inventories. All jewelry is made AFTER the order is received. We do NOT source anything from Hobby Lobby. We are allies and we support LGBTQ+ small businesses and causes. We support BIPOC small businesses and causes.
